Medical Training Therapy (MTT) is the next and final phase of physiotherapy and recovery, using structured and medically guided training to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and return-to-sport capacity.
WHAT MEDICAL TRAINING THERAPY INCLUDES
Medical Training Therapy (MTT) is a guided training approach focused on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term physical performance.
Sessions may include strength training, mobility and stability work, endurance training, progressive load building, and medically guided personal training.

Our PT team brings together experienced, certified and highly motivated coaches with backgrounds in strength training, performance, functional fitness, Pilates, nutrition and athletic development. Some are calm and technical. Some are loud and intense.
All of them know how to bring energy to the gym floor. And yes… they always know when you still have one more rep left.
