WHAT PELVIC FLOOR PHYSIOTHERAPY INCLUDES
Pelvic floor and women’s health physiotherapy focuses on pelvic floor function, pregnancy-related changes, postnatal recovery, and symptoms such as incontinence or pelvic discomfort.
