Team Training helps athletes build the physical foundation behind stronger performance on the field, court or track.

Sessions can be adapted for pre-season, in-season or as additional support for teams wanting to improve fitness, movement quality and long-term athletic development.

When needed, our coaches also work closely with the physiotherapy team to combine performance training with rehab and recovery support in the same environment.

Price on request depending on team size, training frequency and setup.

Our PT team brings together experienced, certified and highly motivated coaches with backgrounds in strength training, performance, functional fitness, Pilates, nutrition and athletic development. Some are calm and technical. Some are loud and intense.

 

All of them know how to bring energy to the gym floor. And yes… they always know when you still have one more rep left.
