YOGA STYLES

YIN YOGA

A slow, calming class focused on deep stretching and relaxation. Positions are held longer to release tension, improve flexibility and support recovery. Ideal if you want to slow down, reduce stress and improve mobility.

HATHA YOGA

A structured class with controlled movements and longer-held positions. Build strength, improve flexibility and develop solid technique at a steady pace. Suitable for all levels, especially beginners.

VINYASA YOGA

A more dynamic class where movements are linked together in continuous sequences. Build strength, mobility and coordination while keeping the body moving. Great if you want a more active and energizing session.

FOR ALL LEVELS

All yoga classes are guided and adaptable to your level. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, build strength or simply recover, each session helps you move better and feel stronger over time.

One thing in common: serious training knowledge and real passion for what they do.

 

Our PT team brings together experienced, certified and highly motivated coaches with backgrounds in strength training, performance, functional fitness, Pilates, nutrition and athletic development. Some are calm and technical. Some are loud and intense.

 

All of them know how to bring energy to the gym floor. And yes… they always know when you still have one more rep left.
